You can arrange video chats with up to 10 people at a time, record conversations to view later and send instant messages to your colleagues. Easy to download, Google Hangouts is a good basic option for online collaboration.
5. Join.me
This flexible programme allows you to gain access to a collaborator’s computer, hold online meetings and organise online tutorials all without having to download any software or pay a fee. Simply visit the site and send your participation code to colleagues to get started.
