Though the website we created for the Centre for Child Mental Health has been up and running for a while now, we’ve made a number of changes and tweaks over the last few months so thought this would be a great time to take a closer look at the organisation, the work they do and the website we built for this important cause.

Being a diverse organisation offering support and services for various mental health and educational issues, over the years we have created several sites to cater for their services. The child mental health centre which offers training webinars and presentations for schools and individuals, the Institue of Art Psychotherapy and academic partner to the Univerty of East London, which provides therapy and educational courses. And finally, Trauma informed Schools which provides appropriate training for schools, communities and organisations so that they become mentally healthy places for all.

The Centre for Child Mental Health offers a range of courses, training days and events designed to help professionals to deal more effectively with children suffering mental health problems. The director of the organisation, Dr Margot Sunderland, is a highly respected child psychologist and British Medical Association award-winning author.

The courses offered by the Centre for Child Mental Health range in length and depth with everything from day or weekend training events to two-year, fully accredited vocational courses available. As well as its impressive range of courses and regular educational events for professionals and parents, the Centre for Child Mental Health also has a great range of informative books and DVDs that will help those interested in child mental health to learn more about the issue.
