Case Study - Suffolk Records Society
We’re proud to unveil the newly redesigned website for Suffolk Records Society. This is a well-known and respected organization. It is dedicated to preserving and sharing historical records about Suffolk’s rich heritage.
Suffolk Records Society approached Identity with a clear goal. They wanted to revitalise their existing website, which had become outdated and increasingly difficult to manage. Their previous platform—Joomla 3—was no longer fit for purpose. It lacked the flexibility, security, and usability required for a modern digital presence.
Recognising the need for a fresh and future-ready solution, the Society sought a platform that was visually modern. They also wanted one that was easier to update and maintain internally.
As part of the project, we successfully migrated the website to Joomla 5. This is the latest iteration of the powerful Content Management System. This transition marked a significant step forward, bringing enhanced performance, improved security, and a more intuitive content editing experience
