Responsive Design

Our first move was to supply unlimited revisions of Website Design Concepts to make sure our client’s vision was perfectly interoperated.

We stylised the functionality of the site to engage users and enable easer user experience. With a fixed sticky menu situated on the top navigation and fixed throughout site makes finding their way round the site a breeze. The visual aspect of the site includes eye capturing features such as Menu styling, slide show, widescreen, fixed background with a transparent body and hover over effect on images.

The Fixed Animated Background means update and modify background images is optional and straight forward to accomplish.
Responsive Design aspect allows the site to reshape and size to methodically adapt to any different screen resolutions and the back end blog for caters for SEO purposes behind the scenes alongside the other SEO tactics put in place.

Search Engine Optimised

After discussing with Alterations Boutique their aims in terms of google rankings, we then went forth and tailored an SEO strategy which gave them confidence that their ambitious targets would be achieved. By utilising the devised strategy we were able to achieve number one google ranking for several highly competitive search terms, see for yourself, google search 'alterations London' or 'mens alterations London' for example.

Bespoke Order Management System

In line with their website launch, we also developed a bespoke order management system to streamline the ordering of required stock for an orders completion.

The system can be managed via tablet devices in store by all staff, catering for a full life cycle automation of order allowing for tickets to be printed with all relevant information, automated stock ordering and more.

Featuring a multi type interface design, customer input, employee input, dashboard displays and administrators.

The Administrator management and User access level security makes the programme easy and safe to manage, and with the Custom reporting feature, including complex sales statistics and staff work rate they can monitor the progress and success of their business.

Bespoke Appointment System

Alongside the order system we constructed a bespoke appointment system to streamline the booking process. Staff can easily pull up a calendar view in store when dealing with customers and readily see what slots are book, when for, with next customers key information highlighted at the top for a quick prompt. A few clicks onto and empty slot and the staff and quickly add an appointment onto the calendar with colour coding for reference to the relevant staff. The system also caters for the amending of bookings, SMS booking confirmation for customers as well as appointment reminders.
