Young Mamas contacted Identity looking to have a website designed and constructed with the aim of presenting a friendly feel and a place for young mothers to meet online and share their experiences, recipes, support, tips and more.

Blog
A large component which this site functions around is the blog feature. Being essential the site meant that the blog had to be easy to use little to no technical knowledge for the end users.
Responsive Design
To make the website accessible to mobile and tablet users responsive design was implemented.
Members login Area
Once logged into the member’s area users are then able to comment on the forum, create their own posts and contact other members.
Live chat support
The addition of a live chat support feature ensures the quick resolution of user’s problems. A quick click of the helpful window ever present near the bottom of the screen allows the user to quickly connect with a customer service advisor and discuss any queries they have.
Social Feeds
Social feeds from twitter / Facebook are fed straight into the homepage keeping users up to date with the latest news and updates from Young Mamas
Donations
The website allows for donations via PayPal. It was important to keep this feature quick and easy to use. At the click of a button and a few card details anyone with a PayPal account can make a donation effortlessly.
