Client Testimonial

The process was really smooth and identity totally understood what we were trying to achieve with the new website. We received a brilliant service throughout project and nothing was ever is too much trouble.

Identity met all of our requirements during the design and development stage and any changes we thought of once the site had gone live, were happily carried out by the identity team.

The ongoing support is great, can’t fault it. Along with the odd phone call from identity, when they haven’t heard from us in a while, just to check everything is ok and do we require them to help us with anything is perfect.

To begin, we set about preparing the design. Crawford’s sent over their stylish new logo and branding which became our key point of reference. It was ideal for guaranteeing the colour scheme and theme remained consistent and clearly presented.

When the designs and key features proposed where finalised, the site’s build commenced on Joomla, a trusted and established platform which supports sophisticated tools and enables flexibility to future developments as the client’s needs change and grow.

The sweeping image slide shows and 'product in action’ videos complete the visual experience a treat!

Overall, the tools and tactics incorporated into the site work hand in hand to digitally contribute to the business’ Advertising & Awareness, SEO and Communication & Outreach.  Among these, the linking of the eBay shop to the main navigation bar was a strategical move to enhance the shops credibility, exposure and increase chance of click through.

We embedded social media throughout the site, especially on the 'machine’ and 'used machines’ pages, where 'share’ & 'like’ buttons were introduced to encourage and escalate online exposure.

The site is established with responsive design, a necessity incorporated for users accessing the site on mobile or tablets devices so the site reshapes to match the size of different screen sizes.

A newsletter tool has been added for visitors to sign up to, to be brought to speed on the company’s current news. This tool is stress-free for the client to manage and is accessed via the Joomla dashboard, keeping everything in one place making it easy to control.

We really enjoyed working with the client on their project and delight in sharing our stories of online success with our readers.
